Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Manager at TMI is responsible for Managing sales of the Staffing services in within a defined geographic area.
- These are some of the duties and requirements of a Sales Manager
- New client acquisition.
- Manages personnel and develops staffing sales and sales support staff.
- Generating and Review the progress of staffing business.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
- Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plan to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts
- Assist in Formulating all sales policies, practices and procedures.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Must have excellent Staffing ( product) Selling skills
- Must possess a good technical knowledge
- Must have good contacts with HR leaders in the market
