Manager/Deputy Head - Corporate Partnership & Engagement - NGO (9-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- Anchor the implementation of a unique business development for scalable financial development with a multi stakeholders approach.
- Lead on development of diverse kinds of funding streams and maintain effective support for the development of relationships and retention.
- Produce cost-effective budgets to achieve action plans, proposal development, presentation sand maintains income and expenditure tracking and evaluation system.
- To engage and manage a roaster of potential donors from diverse stakeholders, (private sector, PSUs, Govt, Foundations, Global Philanthropies, individual donors etc.)
- Effectively lead and generate business development models for events, stakeholders consultations, and outreach programmes.
- Provide strategic quarterly and annual plan, process flow in order to achieve the set financial targets.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of fundraising target including tracking and updating target vs achievement, keeping records up-to-date.
- Assist in developing and implementing a strategy and scalable business development model
- Assist in innovating, developing and supporting new fundraising products.
- Design and implement individual fundraising plan, quarterly action plans, achieve individual targets, and develop relationships with companies/ other donors.
- Develop contact and network in the different types/range of companies, including Small and Medium size enterprises;
- Provide guidance to companies on developing CSR policies, partnerships with CSOs and training to companies on development sector issues;
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Demonstrable track record of Strategic Fundraising - CSR, Philanthropy, Sustainability and Strategic Partnerships.
- An MBA/Post Graduate in Business development, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing Development studies, Environment or other relevant discipline.
- Experience of utilizing the strength of an organization brand for charity/business development.
- Proven track record of meeting challenging income targets
- Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder, client and donor relationships.
- Experience of developing and implementing strategic and business plans and scalable grants size.
- Experience of strategic planning and business modelling, ideally in a cross-sectoral, multi-disciplinary field.
