Manager - Dealer Development Planning - Vehicle (10-12 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Dealer Development (DD Planning) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Two-Wheeler (2W) industry and a strong background in planning and managing dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dealer Network Planning : Develop and implement strategies for dealer network expansion, ensuring optimal coverage and market penetration in the 2W sector.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of existing dealers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential areas for dealer development and expansion, taking into account market trends and consumer behavior.
- Dealer Support : Provide guidance and support to dealers to help them achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure alignment of dealer development strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on dealer network performance, market trends, and development opportunities to senior management.
- Compliance : Ensure all dealer development activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 10 years of relevant experience in Dealer Development, with a strong background in the Two-Wheeler (2W) industry.
- Skills : Proven ability in network planning, performance analysis, and dealer relationship management.
- Education : A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.
