Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets for our online website.
- Optimize the online website's performance by monitoring and analysing key metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product development, tech, and CRM, to ensure a seamless online experience that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and values.
- Coordinate with the tech team to implement website improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop personalized customer journeys, enhance customer engagement, and drive repeat purchases.
- Oversee the development of compelling copy and content for the website, product descriptions, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visuals and creatives that align with our brand identity and enhance the online customer experience.
- Optimize website content, product descriptions, and visuals to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Leverage your strong MarTech background to implement marketing technology solutions and drive automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer experience and handle inquiries and issues effectively.
- Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to generate regular reports on website performance, sales, and customer behaviour for management review.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing strategies and leverage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Skills we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or NIFT/Shristi candidates
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and growing D2C e-commerce websites.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, e-commerce best practices, and marketing technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and the Google suite of products.
