Manager - Customer Support & Sales - Industrial Product (7-10 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties
Head the complete Service team effectively in a managerial capacity
Generate Service revenue from AMCs and Paid Service Orders. Will have a target for the same.
Generate Service revenue from the Sales of Spares. Will have a revenue target for the same.
Provide Installation, Commissioning and Service support over phone/email/Skype if required by the Customer.
Will be the topmost person in the Service escalation matrix and will be responsible to ensure Customer
Satisfaction as a Service Team head.
Provide Support to internal Sales team by the way of Service Training, Product demonstration or techical discussions when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification : BE / Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation .
Experience : 7-10 years in installation/ commissioning/ Servicing of Industrial Heating equipment like Boilers /Burners/ Furnaces / Ovens / Incinerators/Dryers etc.
Skill Set and attributes Required
- Should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Spoken Marathi will be an added advantage
- Should be able to communicate effectively both with external as well as the internal Customers. Should have an experience of handling a Service team independantly
- Expected to be a technically competent person with HandsON experience in handling the above equipment at site and various parts thereof, in particular the Burners, Gas trains, Gas regulators, Flow Control valves, Flame Monitoring devices etc.
- Skill Set of handling Field and Panel Instruments like Controllers, Transmitters, PLCs etc.
- Should be able to guide the Service Engineers at site effectively and act as a guiding force for them.
