Inbound MICE Project Manager - Germany Operations (English-speaking )

Summary :

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inbound MICE Project Manager. Based in our Bangalore office, India, you will support our inbound tourism operations for Germany on behalf of our client, Teamseefried (https://teamseefried.digital/en/ ). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination and efficient management of various project management activities related to inbound travel and tourism to Germany.

Role Definition :

Position : Project Manager - Inbound MICE Projects for Germany (English-speaking, German is an added advantage)

Department : MICE

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Electronic City, Bengaluru

Responsibilities :

- Assist in handling inbound travel inquiries, including itinerary planning, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and visa requirements.

- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and customer details.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the successful delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

- Monitor and manage travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing emails, maintaining databases, and preparing reports

Requirements :

- Experience in MICE or FIT is preferred

- Any Bachelor degree

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. German knowledge is an added advantage.

- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in computer applications and travel reservation systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
