We are currently seeking a talented Customer Support Manager with a background in the automotive manufacturing industry to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

The individual should be inclined to leverage his experience and be involved in project execution with the client for longer durations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Engage with clients in the industry to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities.

- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, to gain insights into the automotive sector and client-specific challenges.

- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative strategies and recommendations tailored to clients' needs in the auto industry, taking into account market trends, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.

- Project Execution Execute and manage consulting projects to ensure the successful implementation of strategies and recommendations.

- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Sector Expertise: Leverage your academic or experiential knowledge of the automotive industry to provide valuable insights and expertise in client projects.

- Report and Presentation: Prepare high-quality reports, executive summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to clients and internal teams.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver results that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

- B.E ( Mechanical )(MUST HAVE)

MBA preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Support , strategy, and Team Handling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with data tools and software.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- A demonstrated passion for and understanding of the automotive/Manufacturing industry
