JOB SUMMARY :
Mercantile team is looking for hands on execution oriented, self-driven individuals who can thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about learning, strong ownership and continuous improvement of customer experience.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Interact with customers via Calls, Chats, WhatsApp and resolve them.
- Taking ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshooting problems and see them through to resolution
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support. - Following company process accurately and efficiently
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent in MS Office skills.
- Attention to detail
- A proactive approach to support
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
