Manager - Customer Success/Sales - eCommerce (2-8 yrs)

- The role of a Customer success manager is primarily to ensure technology adaption at the brand level. They are responsible for driving training programme for the store team . We are looking for someone who is extremely confident, enthusiastic and is determined to help sales team in achieving its sales target
Responsibilities :
- Onboarding and training of the Brand Stores for O2O business.
- Conducting and managing Inductions, Products & Process Training.
- Build annual training program and prepare feedback and assessment sessions.
- Implement new activation at the stores for brand.
- Design and develop marketing strategies to increase business for O2O model.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
- Regularly evaluate ongoing training to ensure the smooth functioning of Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in the retail industry.
- Interact regularly with the Brand store team, ASM, RM and Ops Head to plan growth strategies.
- Responsible for the business growth for the sales team.
- Review existing training material to determine appropriate
- Ensure content delivery is practiced and fluent.
- Modify or create materials and manual to meet specific training needs.
- Drive training program that includes web based seminars, printed manuals, training videos
Requirements :
- Should be a Graduate (any discipline), 2 years of work experience in Retail/Sales/Strategy / Marketing.
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Professional communication skills including speaking, networking, presenting and writing.
- Prior relevant experience as training or in sales as salesperson, with ability to demonstrate clear ROI from the training delivered.
- Hunger to travel up and down the country.
- Basic data/excel skills
