Its flagship product is a cloud based integrated Transport Management System for Shippers, Logistic Service Providers, and Fleet owners, which enables an efficient collaboration between them and helps them run their logistics operations more efficiently.
Location : Sector 44, Gurgaon
Wronging days : Monday To Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
Time : Normal day shift
No cab facility
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Main KPIs : Adoption and renewal/Retention, expansion, reduce churn & excellent customer support
- To make sure that the customer is getting the - Desired Outcome- by using the product
- Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, up sells, and expansions
- Must be comfortable in basic coding and resolve issues by own
- Track & monitor customer status, identify areas of concern and pursue growth and up-sell opportunities
- Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and on boarding
- Generate and share educational resources, training, Product demos and best practices
- Customer Success Manager has to have excellent interpersonal skills, Talking with people should be a great pleasure for them
- Having experience 3-5 years in customer support or account management is must to have primarily in SaaS products or services
- Knowing the product in and out is crucial & Technical skills are also important, as manager should know how to persuade customers to adopt new technologies or adjust the tool to their needs
- Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs
- To interact with customers ( Some times go in field for F2F meeting) and figuring out what features do they require. These features can then be added in the product roadmap
- One of the main goals is to build strong relationship with potential customers
- Should have handled a team of 2-3 Support executives
- Must be a go-getter and enthusiastic in working in start up culture
