Manager - Customer Success - SaaS Product (3-7 yrs)
Requirements :
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
- Exposure to the US and UK markets a must.
- MS-Excel and Data analysis is key to the role.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment. SaaS experience a benefit.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
