Manager - Customer Success - SaaS Product (2-7 yrs)
In this role, you will be the customer champion and continually improve the experience for customers. You will be responsible for managing customer happiness ensuring SLA's are adhered to on a day-to-day basis with a high level of customer focus and drive various customer experience initiatives across the organization
Responsibilities :
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Cross sell, Upsell and churn management
- Renewals and expanding client account
- On boarding the client
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
Qualifications :
- Experience of working with SaaS product as CSM
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS based organisation
- Excellent communication skill
- Experience to handle international regions
- Experience in customer success
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
