Manager - Customer Success - SaaS/Digital Marketing Firm (4-15 yrs)
We are building a global SaaS product focused on Digital Experiences. We are looking to add a Rockstar Customer Success Manager to our team to help us achieve success with our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with customers to help them succeed with the product. You are the power user who can handhold customers with what they need to achieve with the product.
- Demo the product to users as required (both pre-sales and post-sales).
- Work with Engineering team on escalations as necessary to support customers
- Develop FAQs, Knowledge articles based on customer needs
Desired Candidate Profile :
- At least 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Inside Sales
- You are a strong technical user of software products (do not need proficiency at developer level)
- Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new features and new tools
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus
- Experience working with Digital Agencies is a plus
