Manager - Customer Success - Kids Space (1-3 yrs)
Looking for a Customer Success Executive with exp in voice and non voice support to join the founding team and help us create a lovable brand in the 'kids space grounds-up. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their grievances, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our brand. Your mission will be to listen to customer concerns, provide solutions, and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Someone who is willing to work on Voice and Non Voice support with good communication skills.
- Should be an empathetic and patient listener
- Should be able to work in a team and to collaborate with other team members.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Grievance Handling: Respond to customer queries, complaints, and concerns across multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat) with empathy and professionalism.
- Market Research & Insights: Leverage direct customer interactions to identify trends, understand customer needs, and gather insights that contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Proactively identify opportunities for bulk orders or upselling to larger groups such as birthday party return favours etc.,
- NPS Improvement: Work on initiatives aimed at improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), ensuring that customer feedback is used to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Creating Wow Experiences: Based on customer interactions, focus on creating permanent wow experiences.
