Manager - Customer Success - IT - US Region (2-5 yrs)
Opportunity
- We are looking for a customer success manager that will own a fairly large portfolio (close to $1 million) and ensure not just the growth of the targeted accounts but also make sure that churn is lowered within the portfolio.
- As a customer success manager, you will be on a quarterly target and be judged on the overall growth of the portfolio and churn rates.
Responsibilities :
- Make sure that the overall health of the portfolio is tracked
- Expand accounts by both upgrades and expansions
- Prevent churn within the portfolio by working closely with support, marketing, and sales teams
Job requisites
- Experience in account management/customers success role
- Should have held a portfolio and quota based on the same portfolio
- You must be open to learning every day and be willing to experiment to get results. This is not a process oriented role.
- You must have experience in US markets and be open to working night shifts based on US markets.
