Job Description :
If hired, what you would do at numberz :
- Independently handle software implementation at client site.
- Provide end user support during and after implementation to make sure the utmost uses of the whole solution.
- Understanding customer requirements and discussing with the appropriate teams till the solution.
- Act as a trusted advisor / technical / functional architect to the customer.
- Work closely with Sales / Product teams.
- Ensures the high NPS (Net Promotor Score).
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the implementation cycle till renewal.

- Adequate knowledge on Account Receivables / collections in B2B businesses.
- Experience in ongoing account management.
- Customer-driven with an adaptable and versatile approach to finding solutions.
- Strong interest in technology.
- Quick learner.
- Agile mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Somebody who, customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem or call you because they love to talk to you.
- Working knowledge of Tally is must
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
