Manager - Customer Success - FinTech (6-10 yrs)
Role : Customer Success Manager
- With our continuing growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of managing strategic relationships with our Partners/Customers.
- Customer Success Manager, you will have an opportunity to implement the relationship from scratch, take it live, build and nurture relationships with well known enterprises driving a significant business impact, not just for us but for our Partners and end Customers as well.

Your key responsibilities will be :
1. Own and manage strategic relationships with fintech or non-fintech medium/large enterprises, from the start with their technical implementation.
2. Build and leverage deep understanding about our offerings (products, platforms, APIs, Services etc) to help customers grow their business.
3. Demonstrate strong advocacy for your customers throughout their journey
4. Be a voice of the customer in the discussions around product roadmap planning, implementation and rollout.
5. Manage the entire program at tactical level, setup sufficient governance to escalate issues and collaborate internally to get timely resolution.
You will be a good fit for the role if you are :
1. Good at building trust driven, customer centric long term relationships - your customers and your colleagues enjoy working with you.
2. Curious and driven by what drives customer's happiness and desired business outcome.
3. Ability to build a good understanding of the financial services industry and relate it to complex technical or business requirements of the customers.
4. Comfortable at the intersection of technology and finance.
5. Excel in a high growth, challenging and ambiguous environment.
6. A great multi-tasker with strong work ethics and verbal/written communication skills
7. Prior experience (2+ years) of managing a business relationship.
8. Overall experience of 5+ years in Customer Service or Process Management or Technology Sales or Pre-sales or Partnership Management/Strategic Alliances or Tech Project/Program Management or Business Analyst
9. Any certifications in Process (ex Six Sigma)/Project (Ex PMI) and Program Management will be an added advantage.
10. Location Indore/Mumbai/Bangalore (in the order of preference)
