Manager - Customer Success - Education Sector (0-3 yrs)
About the Role:
IBM is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Education sector team as a Customer Success Manager for North and Central India. This B2B role involves developing and managing relationships with colleges and universities, ensuring the successful implementation of IBM solutions, and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new clients by approaching colleges and universities
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and build partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive with the ability to think on their feet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of confidently engaging with senior management in colleges and universities
- Familiarity with the education industry landscape, particularly graduate and postgraduate programs
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel on short notice.
Eligibility:
- Candidates based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR are preferred
- Freshers and professionals with up to 2-3 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
