Manager - Customer Success - EdTech (1-2 yrs)
Customer Success Manager - Edtech Company in School Education space
1. Acquire the Schools & Increase Engagement at School Management Level, Teacher Level & Student Level by conducting Sales Demos.
2. On-board closed leads with training/Webinar Support & set up the Playbooks for Engagement.
3. Be the point of contact for On-boarded Schools and be responsible for the growth of the School ( Up-sells, tracking KPI Metrics)
4. Advise Schools/Teachers/Students on the most effective ways to use the English Gurukul App & monitor/track monthly usage.
5. Be a Product Evangelist by collecting anecdotal feedback from Management & teachers and help in improving the Product.
Skills :
1. 1-2 years of experience with Schools or managed accounts in the Ed-tech domain.
2. Good exposure to schools or Ed-tech domain.
3. Need ability to converse in Telugu.
4. Understanding of the Ed-Tech Ecosystem.
5. Previous experience working on LMS tools or Customer Success role for a Ed-Tech company is a plus.
6. SaaS and B2B experience is must.
7. Take ownership of the Customer relationship from sale to growing the customer.
8. Champion the product and be an evangelist.
9. Empathy - Needed in any client facing role, also important for working with other teams.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
KPIs :
1. Total Number of paying students from your Portfolio.
2. Engagement Statistics ( MAU/WAU/DAU)
3. Retention & Up-sell.
