A fast growing fashion commerce company (funded by Sequoia Capital, Nexus Ventures, CDH) is looking for customer success associates. The role is highly recommended for people with some knowledge about startups, customer first approach and highly ambitious in their career
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the resolution service issues and priority escalations from identified sources
- Research, analyze and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner by using appropriate tools and resources to assess situations and create resolutions, while maintaining ownership of the issue.
- Background with use of tools such as knowlarity, zendesk preferred
- Research and analyze data from various sources and tools to help improve technology platform
Role is based out of Gurgaon.
