- Identifying and collaborating the niche online platforms as KAM
- Manage listings uploads,merchandising and catalogue on the THOA website
- Managing dynamic product inventory across online partners
- Collate and monitor key metrics on traffic, engagement & sales, strategize and develop plans to drive growth
- Identify & manage seamless customer shopping experience
- Reconciliation of logistics, delivery & payments processed
- Handling customer queries and escalations
- Coordinate with logistics partner and manage delivery SLA s and returns
- Founder Support (EA to Founder)
- Assist the Founder in day to day tasks, calendar management, meetings etc.
- Being the first POC for high level stakeholders in touch with the Founder
