Manager - Customer Success - eCommerce (0-4 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support manager to join our growing ecommerce company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to effectively manage and prioritize customer inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution
- Meet individual and team performance goals and objectives
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using customer support software and tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
