Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) cum Content Writer to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will manage client relationships and contribute to content creation for our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring client satisfaction while also delivering high-quality content.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication and personalized support throughout their journey with AlterCarbon.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client concerns.

- Participate in regular client meetings, project reviews, and follow-ups, and provide timely updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.

- Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials focused on solar energy, sustainability, and renewable energy solutions.

- Research industry trends, customer pain points, and sustainability topics to develop engaging and SEO-optimized content that aligns with the company's marketing goals.

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content strategies reflect our brand's mission and reach the intended audience effectively.

- Contribute to the development of educational and promotional materials that serve both internal and external stakeholders, including presentations, brochures, and guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Communications, or related fields.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen interest in sustainability and clean energy solutions.

- Basic knowledge of customer success principles and the ability to manage client relationships.

- Ability to conduct market research and apply insights to both client management and content creation.

- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Preferred Language :

- Proficiency in English is required. Additional regional languages are a plus.
