Manager - Customer Success/Client Servicing/Client Engagement (4-9 yrs)
- The Client Engagement Manager works closely with the Operations team to manage relationships with existing clients.
What would you do :
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Attending in person meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Own the complete customer expansion and renewal
- Expand the relationships by Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities among existing customers that meet their objectives
- Achieving revenue targets and KPI's
- Negotiate contracts renewals and close agreements to maximize revenue opportunities
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Updating the CRM and ensuring sales team is aware of changes within clients.
- Report and present customer status to senior management
