Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee our operations in the West and South regions. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our sales initiatives in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the West and South regions.
- Ensure customers' needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
2. Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Work closely with the technical support and projects team to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
3. Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for customers on products and solutions.
- Educate customers on the best practices for using systems.
4. Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, team performance, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and interactions.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Electricals, or a relevant field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within the Access control/IBMS/CCTV/Intrusion Detection industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the West and South regions as required.
