Manager - Customer Success (4-10 yrs)
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region and interact with departmental heads for business and operations- CEO/ Head HR/ Procurement managers
- To create / Maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the service according to their specifications
- Explore & target new business lead opportunities, expert in new client acquisition with good networking skills.
- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreement to maximize profit.
- Should be independent as a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
