Manager - Customer Success (3-8 yrs)
A Mumbai based startup on SaaS platform is looking for Customer Success Managers
As a Customer Success Manager, your key role will be the following
- Building Customer Loyalty and Long-Term Relationships
- Proactive Feedback on customer happiness and satisfaction
- Regular reporting of customer performance
- Upsell and growth of existing contracts
- Facilitating cross-selling of other products
Educational Background and Experience :
- 3-6 yrs exp
- People from companies selling Media Centric solutions preferred
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
- Familiar with systems and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Salesforce is a plus
- Familiarity in presentation and reporting is a plus
