Manager - Customer Success (3-6 yrs)
- The Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience to our customers.
- The CSM will be the primary point of contact for all customer-facing functions, including but not limited to onboarding, account management, and customer support.
- The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to generate referrals and new business that builds upon existing customer relationships.
