As Client Servicing Manager for the white-collar business, you would be responsible to anchor all the aspects of the business and be responsible for setting up the Client Servicing Team, mentoring, coaching and solving clients problems of recruiting, driving business growth with existing clients and translating business goals into detailed operational plans.

Candidate having exposure in hiring Mid to Top Management positions and staffing for lateral positions pan India will be preferred. Exposure in IT hiring will be an advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Forecasting preparation of annual budgets-Responsible to ensure that team targets are achieved

- Client engagement management Ensure client meetings to understand clients requirements process in order to meet clients expectations and educate the team on the same

- Handle client escalations and set processes for smooth functioning of operations ensure adherence of the same

- Responsible to increase business opportunities with existing clients and acquiring new client Contract renewals/ SLA preparation

- Carried out end to end recruitment without supervision

- Should be highly professional and result driven

- Extensive experience of conducting face to face interviews for High end Technician to C- Level vacancies and guiding the team for the other positions. You will come in wherever require to assist and guide your team

- Should be the decision maker/influence in final decision, if the decision involves monetary transaction to the lowest denominators, you will take necessary sanctions to proceed.

- Should have handled small team of 8 to 10 recruiters

- Commanding person who can control flow of work, candidates, staff and stakeholders

- Highly proficient and hands-on on tech and modules, should have primary worked in a Job portal

- Should have head- hunting experience in the past

- Experience of extensive reporting to CEO/ COO/ MD's/ Directors

Skills and Qualifications :

- Skilled at preparing MIS

- Multi tasker with a positive outlook and a "Yes" person

- Very good coordinator and communicator

- Pro at facing challenging situations on daily basis and overcoming them with focus

- Very good memory, Intelligent, street smart, ability to think on feet

- 100% hiring track record with meeting deadlines consistently

- Excellent & refined written and spoken English

- Excellent MIS and Email etiquette

- Highly Proactive

- Ambitious and Workaholic

- Sales Back ground preferred

- First Class student in academics preferably an MBA from a premier institute or a Post -

- Graduate with HR as specialization
