Manager - Customer Success (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring a Client Success Manager who will drive success for some of Betterplace's large customers. You will need to be highly organized, data-driven, and energized to dig into ambiguity, understand the root of problems, and align stakeholders to deliver solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- High judgement and ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and can successfully partner with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Exhibits high analytical skills with a stronghold in Excel.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
What you'll do:
- Engage with assigned set of customer and ensure expected CSAT
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Establish clear client retention goals.
- Work with cross functional teams and ensure the client's objectives are achieved.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Co-own and scale revenue for the assigned customers
- Promote the value of the product.
- Upsell services and products.
