As we expand, we're seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our hotel clients receive exceptional service and maximize the value of our software.
Your Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with hotel clients, understanding their needs and business goals.
Issue Resolution : Act as the primary point of contact, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Proactive Engagement : Regularly reach out to clients for feedback, upselling opportunities, and software utilization guidance.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) : Conduct QBRs to analyze performance metrics, showcase successes, and collaborate on strategic improvements.
Training & Onboarding : Assist in onboarding hotel staff, conduct training sessions, and create educational resources to enhance product adoption.
Feedback Collection : Document client feedback and feature requests, sharing insights with the product development team.
Customer Advocacy : Encourage satisfied clients to participate in case studies, provide testimonials, and refer new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding customer satisfaction & retention goals.
- Experience selling SaaS/software to the hospitality industry is a major plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer success software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (if required).
