Manager - Customer Success (3-5 yrs)
The main objective is to build long-term customer relationships and support customer needs and goals for the growth of the company. The customers may include direct corporate companies or channel partners corporate companies. The customer success manager act as a bridge between the customer and the psychologist team.
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Onboards New Customers and educate them on how to use our product and experience our services
2. Build on Process Design and Documentation of all customer-related processes
3. Ensure proactive and valuable engagement through the app, ECI, courses, webinars, training, etc. with customers at regular intervals
4. Develop Regular Feedback mechanisms and work on the feedback to improve product and services
5. Develops Healthy Customer Relationship and ensure that the customer gets the best service to enhance their satisfaction
6. Introduce new services & products for existing clients
