Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
- Onboard new clients, providing resources to help them maximize the value of our technology solutions.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and align them with our offerings.
- Monitor customer engagement, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to resolve customer concerns and enhance the -user experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements.
- Ensure timely renewals and drive customer retention rates.
