Job Overview:
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our mission to build the world's best recruitment tool.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Empathize with each and every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers- needs first.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct usage and adoption reviews, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Spot opportunities for improvements to the product and work with the product team to drive and implement them.
- Coach customers to be experts in candidate sourcing and train their teams on best practices so they become the best talent acquisition teams.
- Partner with sales team for up selling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer.
- Help drive customer references and case studies, and produce reports to explain insights and help them hire better and faster.
Qualification :
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Bonus: work experience in a customer-facing or customer success related role.
Bonus: product aptitude or experience.
