Job Description
What will you work on ?
We are a B2B company and several large corporations across India invest in our services as a benefit for their employees. Our customer success team is responsible to ensure the company and its employees use our services and find it impactful. This team is also responsible to ensure the company renews our contracts every year. This team will also focus on providing additional customized and standard services to the clients. You will need to independently own the following for 20+ accounts.
- Responsible for the entire relationship with the company in your set of accounts
- Provide continuous reports and overview of our services to the customer and ensure they have a great experience with our services
- Look for additional and new opportunities for these companies in the emotional and wellness space.
- Ensure the employees of the company use our services
- Ensuring that we provide quality service delivery, 100% renewals, 20% Value Added sales with customer. Invoicing, billing, collections to be managed with little to no supervision.
- Work with various departments and provide a high quality experience to the customer.
- You will own and drive 20+ accounts or work on critical organizational building projects.
