Manager - Customer Success (1-5 yrs)
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for generating revenue from existing clients by growing relationships and ensuring they are realizing the full value of the company's product. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals and implement strategies to increase usage and adoption of the product. The Customer Success Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

- ARR
- Client retention rate
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Daily/Monthly active users
- Product adoption rate
- Upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and meetings
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies to increase product usage and adoption
- Ensure client satisfaction and work to improve NPS
- Monitor and analyse daily usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Provide regular reports on client progress and success to internal stakeholders.
