Manager - Customer Success (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a resource with experience in Education sector to work as Customer Success Manager. This is a B2B role where candidate would be expected to work with various clients to ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget, and customer issues are resolved promptly. Incumbent would also be expected to develop new clients and make deeper inroads with existing clients.
We are primarily looking for following :
- Candidate should be able to support in presales and sales related activities;
- Understanding of education industry landscape (esp graduate and post graduate courses)
- Ability to collect inputs from sales team and manage deliveries with aggressive timelines
- Communicate issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned
- Oversee teams responsible for executing deliverable service to the customer and should have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable
