Manager - Customer Success (0-3 yrs)

We at IBM are looking for a resource to working in Education sector as Customer Success Manager for North and Central India Business. This is a B2B role where candidate would be expected not only to follow up with leads and develop new clients by approaching colleges and universities, but also to work with these clients to ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget, and customer issues are resolved promptly.

Ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:

- Highly motivated, Self-driven and a go getter with ability to think on feet

- Ability to travel frequently and at short notice (min 50% of time)

- Possess strong communication skills


- Should be able to approach and interact with senior management in target colleges and universities confidently

- Should have understanding of education industry landscape (esp graduate and post graduate courses)

- Should be able to work with various stakeholders collaboratively

This is an off payroll hiring with high exposure and growth potential for suitable candidate. Candidate should preferably be based out of Gurgaon / Delhi NCR. Freshers and people with work experience of upto 2/3 years may apply.
