- Coordination of technical service through regional laboratories & head office.
- Technical Training to team & customers.
- All the heads of department are responsible for implement of Quality Policy & implantation of Quality Policy in their work area
- Participate in continual improvement programs
- Review status of improvement action
- Coordinate Management review meeting & maintain minutes of meeting
