Manager - Customer Service - Social Media Platform (2-7 yrs)
- We are on the lookout for someone who is passionate about solving queries/complaints over social media, and can also write good content to promote our brand.
- This role will work within the customer care domain to solve users' product and campaign-related queries. One key expectation from the person handling this responsibility will be to improve the grievance handling mechanism.
Role :
1. Handle all customer queries and complaints raised on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
2. Understand the customer grievances and provide appropriate resolution
3. Build good quality marketing content
4. Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understand their needs and respond promptly
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Prior experience in a similar role
2. Good command over English Language
3. Ability to effectively communicate information in written format
4. Excellent time management skills
