Manager - Customer Service - Retail (1-5 yrs)
We are recruiting for an energetic customer service manager for a one of the Biggest Fashion & Lifestyle Brand.
What will job role involve as a customer service manager?
- To provide a personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Handling promotion related procedures at the store
- Facilitating in a reduction of billing errors and maintaining the record for the same.
- Relationship management with the customer
- Managing offers and promotional activities
- Handling exchanges of merchandise
- Managing compliance.
Tasks as customer service manager
- Making sure that all the processes work in harmony.
- Auditing of the alteration process
- In-store communicating and compliance of exchange policy to customers & employees
- Coordinating for inter-store exchanges
- Facilitate exchange by a - piece to piece replacement-
- Section to signing on & confirm while collecting returned merchandise from the customer service desk.
- Briefing the customer service executive with information regarding the store, various offers that are available & also those that will start in the near future.
- Ensuring wheel chair[customer facility item] available signage to be present at csd desk
- Coordinating with swagat team and ensuring tokens are placed in their respective shelves and also for the availability of sufficient gate pass booklets for exchanges.
- Coordinate with dm's on availability of free gifts stocks & handling nonavailability of free gifts customer queries.
