Manager - Customer Service - Medical Equipment Manufacturing Industry (8-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Day to Day Interaction with customer with regard to Incoming Orders, Order Status, order cancellation, Technical queries, Shipment Status, Deliveries, Dispatch details.
- Responsible for resolution of IT related queries and setup with respect to online orders and other means or incoming orders from customer.
- Responsible for timely replies of order acknowledgement and emails from customer.
- Laisioning with inter departments for timely closures of Customer Queries & Complaints.
- Responsible for processing all return lenses from customer and making proper MIS and timely issue of credit notes.
- Responsible for maintaining Pricing record of customers and automation of prices in system for smooth functioning of commercial department.
- Making weekly reviews, MIS and presentation of the department with respect to Lab performance, outsourced order performance, delivery performance, complaints and its closures.
- Overall Responsibilities includes taking good care of all active customers, resolving their queries and gaining their trust for growth in our business.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' of customer service from which 5+ Years in handling team of Executives under him
- Proficiency in English; excellent communication and presentation skills; independent and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Preferably from Optical (Spectacle Lens) Industry.
