1. Consistently improve the key business metrics through various campaigns
2. Lead the development and execution of action plans to achieve identified customer outcomes
3. Achieve customer success performance goals, including 70%+ NPS, reduced customer churn, revenue expansion opportunity identification, customer satisfaction.
4. Pull from various systems and review customer data for building required reports. Provide actionable and insightful overviews of findings with recommendations for action to directly improve the customer experience.
5.Participation with internal departments and teams on projects. Monitoring other key customer based projects progress and ensuring timely delivery of results
