Manager - Customer Service - Internet/Online (1-7 yrs)
Job purpose
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for representing Tjori products to customers either via phone, email or face to face and address any issues/disputes from customers or clients.
The incumbent will also be responsible for setting up the front office operations for the company & will act as company's first point of contact while liasoning with clients, visitors & vendors
The incumbent will get an opportunity to work in fast paced start up and will be exposed to all aspects of business. The candidate will get a chance to observe business processes closely & recommend improvements. We provide rapid growth opportunities to all high potentials.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Delivering a comprehensive service with end to end resolution to enquiring customers
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Managing customers- accounts
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- A thorough knowledge of all the products
- Efficiency and organizational skills
- Open to Shifts
