Manager - Customer Service - Flavours/Spices/ Seasoning/Ingredients (5-10 yrs)
- Oversee Sales Order confirmation to customer.
- Maintain Customer Master - across all functions - Sales-Product-finance-Pricing- Logistics-QA
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics for prompt delivery.
- Communicate the same to the customer with relevant details in coordination with Support team.
- Forecast & Planning for - MNC,Key & Corporate accounts in concurrence with external customer's.
- Interacting with Major customers.
- Regular Update to Internal customers on their customer order status.
- Coordinate with Credit control on Overdue.
- Major Focus on MNC & Key Accounts to begin with Team handling
