Manager - Customer Service - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
Job Resonsibilities:
1. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
2. End to End Customer Order Fulfilment Process (Ecom Accounts & Retail Accounts).
3. Ensure the effective handling of all customer orders, from order receipt to product dispatch/delivery, Ensure the effective handling of all customer orders, from order receipt to product dispatch/delivery
4. Coordinating with the freight forwarder and CHA for shipment arrangement, coordinating with the transporter for vehicle arrangement/ negotiating for price.
5. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
6. Manage / improve day to day process interaction with own customers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge
7. Follow up for the Shipment schedule, coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Transporters, updating their ETA & ETD on portal, and informing customer about current status.
8. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Desired Qualifications :
- Proficient excel reporting and analytical skills
- FMCG Background is a plus
- Must have dealt with ECOM accounts
- Team player and problem solver in a demanding deadline driven environment
- Prior Experience in Handling Ecommerce Accounts, Key accounts, Retails accounts, .
- SAP working knowledge is mandatory
- Excellent In English Speaking
- Knowledge about Logistics Planning
- 5 days working
- Male candidates preferred from Gurugram (Or can relocate to Gurugram)
