1. We are looking for someone who has prior experience of chat and email support
- Supported development and delivery of CRM marketing strategy with focus on customer satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to build and enhance comprehensive customer relationship strategy.
- Forged committed client relationships, understanding strategy, opportunities and risks to deliver productive, profitable partnerships.
- Supported customer satisfaction, addressing escalated complaints with diplomacy and acknowledgment.
- Addressed and resolved customer complaints, utilizing persuasive retention techniques and consistent account follow-up.
- Prepared reports and presentations detailing business development activities and outlining new initiatives.
- Established warm and friendly rapport whilst interacting with customers by phone, email and on live chat.
- Monitored customer interactions, liaising with customer relationship team to drive exceptional service delivery & Grievance redressal.

Shifts : 8AM to 6PM
