We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Manager.

Brief:

- Salary Package: upto 3 Lakhs per annum (Additionally, Good Incentives + PF + Medical Benefits)

- Experience: minimum 1 year

- Gender: Male / Female

- Age Bar: upto 33 years

- Education - Graduates preferred not mandatory (NO fresher- s)

Skills Required:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Good in convincing skills

- High customer centrality

- Adaptable with Team and environment

Job Summary:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

- Answering questions about products or the company.

- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- To follow prescribed quality parameters.

- Ensure achievement of daily targets.

- Ensure complete awareness of all new and existing products & services.
