Bonanza Portfolio Limited, a leading financial services firm is looking to hire a - Customer Service Manager- for HNI (NO TARGETS) at Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Job Description :

The role is focused on providing service to High Network Individual - clients for cross-selling and upselling products. NO TARGETS.

1. To resolve customer-related queries on daily basis.

2. To work for providing first-class service experience to existing customers.

3. To keep updating knowledge and exposure to various financial products both internal as well as a competitor.

4. To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products.

5. Build client rapport and prepare and present reports and information of financial products- PMS, model portfolio, mutual funds, Portfolio management services.

You will work with a very good and supportive team in Bonanza and learn the best about the Financial services industry. You can also be assured of a transparent, supportive and resource-rich environment to learn and grow with Bonanza Portfolio Limited.

Joiners preferred who can join as early as possible.

Required Candidate profile :

- Good communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Good Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

- Past experience in Customer Service and Financial companies would be preferred in handling HNI

Additional details:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate + Postgraduate (Postgraduate preferable but not mandatory)

- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Work days & timings: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is half-day), 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

- Salary: 3- 5 LPA or more depending on experience and last ctc
