Manager - Customer Service (7-12 yrs)
Customer Service Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead all service processes and operations across all the sites.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for service functions.
- Create and implement service functional procedures for optimising resource and cost.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Reduce the non core activities for the team.
- Plan and manage all preventive, Opportunity & Predictive maintenance activities to maintain performance of equipment. Highlight recurring problems to relevant stakeholders and drive warroom projects to resolve such problems.
- Manage and Optimise the manpower requirement for site operations and Monitor their performance maintaining required skill matrix with the help of technical trainer.
- Ensure all employees adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Encourage team for implementation of 5Ss and Kaizen activities. Conduct monthly reviews for the same.
- Review daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Oversee and optimise spare parts management for all the sites considering the SLAs signed with customers.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Electronics systems like PCBs, Sensors and Mechanical tools.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Technical Understanding of various sensors, actuators and automation technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong Leadership and people management skills.
Good to Have:
- Certification in Six Sigma and Lean
- Experience in project deployment.
- Experience with Remote site Management
- Knowledge about Robotic and warehouse industry.
Eligible Candidates:
- Desired Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech in the Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation domain
- Work Experience : 7-10 years of Experience
